Cameron Williams BSc BA JP (Qual) is the UnitingCare Business Development Leader for Project SEARCH, a business led employment program that provides young people with disabilities with on the job experience over 12 months in a live workplace to support their transition to the workforce. Current locations include The Wesley Hospital, St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital, and Buderim Private Hospital with plans to rapidly expand. Cameron has over 15 years’ successful experience in inclusive employment services ranging from supporting people with disabilities, Indigenous Australians, long term unemployed, rehabilitated offenders and CALD jobseekers into the workforce. Cameron has also served on numerous philanthropic boards and committees and has a strong passion to support those most disadvantaged in our community. Cameron gains inspiration from unlocking the hidden talent that inclusive employment brings.
I am humbled that I have been elected to this role and hope that I can bring some great outcomes to those that we are reaching out to through the Fresh Futures Events.

Bilge is a passionate and resilient leader, workplace advisor, and board member with over 18 years of experience. She serves as the Board Secretary for Fresh Futures, drawn to this role by her strong passion for diversity, inclusion, equity, and people. With more than a decade of experience working with not-for-profit organisations and the public sector, Bilge has successfully designed and implemented Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and led change initiatives to strengthen organisational culture. As a previous Diversity and Inclusion Lead, she secured funding and set up Workplace English classes for migrants and refugees. After a successful pilot, Bilge opened ten classes that created employment pathways, reduced isolation, and increased cultural inclusion for Queensland migrant communities. In 2021, because of this significant project, she received a highly commended multicultural sector
“Outstanding Achiever Award”.
Bilge is currently pursuing her PhD at Griffith University, focusing on the career progression and leadership of skilled migrant women in Australian workplaces. One of Bilges’ mottos is that inclusion starts with us – each one of us, and we can make a difference by working together.

My name is Leesa Walters and I am the Founder of Applied Abilities. I have 16 years experience working within employment services, inclusive of Disability Employment Services and National Disability Insurance Scheme. Over this time, I have worked alongside over 200 people with disability’s and their families, by assisting them into paid employment. My passion is Youth! I believe that if you can be a positive influence and provide intensive support to youths at risk, you can break the cycle and set them up to be successful adult.
